Meet Dr. Jan Kircher
Dr. Jan Kircher is one of the foremost experts in the world on workplace bullying and stopping the bully culture.

My mission is to Stop Bully Culture and advocate for Targets of Workplace Bullying

The bully culture develops when organizations fail to intervene on behalf of targets and vulnerable workers. They fail to hold bullies accountable and allow the bullying to persist. Bullying becomes part of the normal organizational culture and traumatizes targets.
Why was The American Workplace Advocacy Center founded?
Dr. Kircher became interested in the bully culture when she started her career in higher education. She experienced workplace violence and struggled to find support and interventions that were effective to manage the bully culture. Many of the strategies provided to her, both formally and informally, increased the workplace bullying. Out of her own need to survive workplace violence, she developed The American Workplace Advocacy Center where she advocates for vulnerable workers and organizations to Stop the Bully Culture.

Dr. Kircher provides services to eliminate violence and discrimination from the workplace creating a better work culture for everyone.
