No Refund Policy on Digital Products- All sales of digital products, such as courses, eBooks, or downloadable materials, are final. Due to the nature of digital content, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once the product has been purchased.
- By purchasing, the Client acknowledges and agrees to this no-refund policy.

Client Responsibilities- The Client agrees to use all products and services for personal use only. Resale, distribution, or unauthorized sharing of materials is strictly prohibited.
- The Client agrees to comply with all applicable terms of service related to any third-party platforms used to access the Provider's content.

Intellectual Property and Copyright- All content, materials, courses, and downloadable resources provided by the Provider (collectively, the "Materials") are the exclusive property of the Provider and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
- The Client is granted a limited, non-transferable license to access and use the Materials for personal, non-commercial use only.
- Prohibited Uses: The Client may not copy, modify, reproduce, distribute, sell, or create derivative works based on the Materials, in whole or in part, without prior written consent from the Provider.
- Any unauthorized use of the Materials may result in legal action and the termination of access to the purchased products or services.
- The Provider retains all rights, title, and interest in the Materials, and nothing in these Terms of Service shall be construed as transferring or granting any ownership rights to the Client.

Disclaimer of Warranties- All products and services provided by the Provider are offered "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, either express or implied.
- The Provider makes no guarantees or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the content, or that the products or services will meet the Client’s specific needs.
- The Provider does not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

Limitation of Liability- To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, arising out of or related to the use or inability to use the products or services.
- The Client agrees that the Provider’s total liability in any claim arising out of or relating to the products or services provided shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for the product or service in question.
- The Provider is not responsible for any third-party products, services, or platforms used in connection with the delivery of its content.

Indemnification- The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Provider, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses, including legal fees, arising out of the Client’s use of the products or services, violation of these Terms of Service, or infringement of any intellectual property or other rights.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction- These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the Provider’s products or services shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Missouri.

Termination- The Provider reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to any of the products or services without prior notice if the Client breaches these Terms of Service. Upon termination, the Client will no longer have access to any purchased digital products or services.

Changes to Terms of Service- The Provider reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. By continuing to use the products or services, the Client agrees to the modified terms.
12.
Force Majeure- The Provider will not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations where such failure or delay results from any cause beyond the Provider's reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, strikes, pandemics, or other uncontrollable events.
13.
Severability- If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions will continue to be valid and enforceable.
